Menu & Dietary

Yes. Filter the menu by “Gluten-Free.” Cross-contact is minimized but not eliminated; our kitchen handles wheat products. If you are celiac, please add a checkout note so we can take extra care.

For most items, yes. Tap “Nutrition” on the dish page to view calories, macros, and sodium estimates. Values are estimates and can vary based on seasonal ingredients and portion adjustments.

Yes. Use the “Customize” section on the dish page to remove ingredients or choose spice levels. Some changes may affect price. If a customization is unavailable, it means the kitchen cannot guarantee it for that item.

Open any dish and check the “Allergens” line under the description. Common allergens like nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, shellfish, and eggs are listed. If you have a severe allergy, add a note at checkout and contact us.

Yes. Look for the green leaf badge on the menu. You can also filter by “Vegetarian” or “Vegan” using the menu filters. Dishes marked vegan contain no animal products; vegetarian items may include dairy or eggs.
Ordering

Menu availability updates in real time. If an item goes out of stock while you are browsing, it may be removed at checkout. Try again later or choose a similar item.

Yes. From your account, open “Orders” and tap “Reorder” on any past order. You can edit quantities or remove items before checkout.

On each dish, use the “Add note” field for simple requests like “sauce on the side.” For allergy notes, also include them at checkout. Complex recipe changes may not be possible.

Yes. At checkout, choose “Schedule” and pick an available date and time slot. Scheduling may be disabled during peak hours or special events.

Browse the menu, add items to your cart, then tap “Checkout.” You can sign in or continue as guest, choose delivery or pickup, select time, and confirm payment to place your order.
Delivery & Pickup

The courier will attempt to call. If we cannot reach you, the order may be returned to the restaurant. Refunds for missed deliveries are assessed case by case.

Check your order tracking first. If it is significantly delayed, contact support via the Order Help button. We will investigate and make it right if we missed our quoted window.

Yes. Choose “Pickup” at checkout, then select a time. We will notify you when your order is ready. Bring your order number to the pickup counter.

Typical delivery is 25–45 minutes depending on distance and order size. Scheduled orders will arrive within the selected window. You will receive live updates once your order is on the way.

Enter your address on the cart page to see eligibility and fees. Fees vary by distance and time. Orders above certain thresholds may qualify for reduced fees during promos.
Payments & Receipts

If we cancel or adjust an item, a refund is issued to your original payment method. Banks may take 3–10 business days to post the credit. Contact support if it has not appeared after that.

After checkout, we email a receipt to the address on file. You can also view and download receipts from Account ? Orders ? View details.

On the cart or checkout page, enter your code in the “Promo code” field and tap Apply. Only one code can be used per order, and codes may have minimums or expiration dates.

Yes. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. You can remove saved cards anytime in your account.

We accept major cards, Apple Pay/Google Pay where supported, and select wallets. Cash is not accepted for online orders. Available methods appear at checkout.

Go to Sign In ? “Forgot password?” Enter your email and follow the link we send. If you do not see it, check spam and try again after a few minutes.

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you save addresses, payment methods, and favorites, and view order history.
